Mystery country

One country to guess, six clues to get there: continent, area, population, highest peak, the capital's initial and a blurred flag. Each wrong guess reveals the next clue and tells you whether the mystery country is larger or more populous.

How to play

The first clue is the continent. Type a country: if it's not the right one, the next clue is revealed, and your guess appears with three markers. Is the mystery country on the same continent, larger or smaller, more or less populous? Enough to narrow the search with every try.

You have six tries. Found on the first clue, the country scores six points; on the last, just one. You can also ask for the next clue without guessing a country, but it counts as a try.

The country of the day is the same for everyone and changes at midnight: share your grid without giving away the answer and grow your streak of days. In free play, go through five random countries, worldwide or on a single continent.
