Guess the flag
A flag appears and you type the country's name. As soon as the name is complete, the next flag appears. Accents, capitals and hyphens don't matter.
How to play
Pick a region and a duration, then start. Type the country's name in English: "cote d ivoire" counts as "Côte d'Ivoire". Some countries accept several names, such as Burma or Myanmar. Enter skips to the next flag and shows the answer.
The timer goes from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, or no limit. Esc pauses the game: the timer stops and the question is hidden. Your best score is saved on your device for each combination of settings.
In review mode, every missed flag must be copied out before you continue. When the timer ends, the missed flags come back in a loop until you recognise them all.
Did you know?
It is the only country whose national flag is not rectangular: two stacked triangles.
Their flags are almost identical. Only the shade of blue differs, very slightly.
Red on top, white below for both. Only the proportions tell them apart.
Switzerland and the Vatican are the only two states with a square flag.
Paraguay's flag does not bear the same emblem on both sides.
